Counting 1,000 Gifts….
In the upside-down kingdom of heaven, down is up and up is down,
and those who want to ascend higher must descend lower.

Oh. . .starting over the very next day and learning to love it. That is where I am at right now. Love the pic of your girls, too!
Thank you for stopping by today! I know you have a super busy day. I pray you are blessed and find gratitude flowing from your heart all day long!
I so enjoy these gift lists! I had to smile at your different breakfast orders and your mom doing the same thing… that is exactly how it was growing up our home. 🙂
So many times I look at these very daily ordinary things as labor, but I’m learning to give thanks for them. Thanks for stopping by Jennifer!
What a stunning list. It reminds me of my own… all children some days. Realizing it’s ok that it is that way is sometimes the hardest thing for me!
I’m here from Ann’s this morning.
And if I have to pick just one, I pick: #685 One more drink of water (I’m assuming this is when a child says just one more drink to delay bed time – If I’m wrong – well I know you know what I’m talking about – these moments need capturing – I know that you do that 🙂
These words made me smile.
God Bless you and all of yours
Yes – that is it, “One more drink before bed”, and I’m trying to see that as a reason to give thanks. It is something I can get – I have the water to give. So many moms can’t do that! I need to see this ordinary part of my day, even in my tiredness,as a gift!
Thanks for stopping by Craig!
I, too, love the “starting over!” It is a gift, isn’t it, the graces we get to start over. Thank you so much
