My name is Stacey and I’m so glad you are here!  I like to describe myself as a believer and writer who loves God’s Word and connecting with women. My husband Mike and have been married for 27 years and have 4 daughters ages 21, 18, 14, and 11.

I started writing on a blog called 29 Lincoln Avenue  when I was pregnant with my fourth daughter because my husband thought it was a good idea. He was right, as usual. Since then I have written hundreds of blog posts while drinking buckets of coffee, made dear friends who live all over the world, and written 7 books.  In the past couple of years I have started coaching other writers as well as launched my own Creative Consulting Business which I am loving! I never imagined this was what God had planned when I first hit publish on my blog 11 years ago.

My goals for my online life and real life are the same. I want to encourage your heart, grow in faith together, and connect like girlfriends do by talking about the stuff of life. I hope you feel welcome here, but more importantly I hope you see Jesus.

Looking Forward,

P.S.  The best way to connect with me is through my Coffee Club Newsletter! Sign up for free here.

I love to know the story behind the story. I thought maybe you might too. This is what was happening in my life as Fresh Out of Amazing was unfolding. God is so good to gently lead us. He did that for me in many ways. And since this part of the story will make you...

What You Will Find Behind Every Brave Girl

I stood in her kitchen eating a handful of candy corn and peanuts soaking up the encouragement she so easily handed out. I was avoiding the obvious and acting like my husband was not in fact in our van waiting for me to come back in the five minutes I had promised. My...
