Hey girls!  It feels like forever since I’ve written a What I Wore Wednesday post! Be honest, have you missed it? Are new to 29lincolnave?  Do you know about WIWW?  The basic idea is this: get dressed, take pictures, and post pictures on Wednesday. I do this for a couple of reasons.  #1 It keeps me accountable to get up, get dressed and put some effort into what I wear every day. No more PJ’s till noon people.  Nope. #2. I get to link up these posts at the Pleated Poppy and hang out with other women who are doing the same thing. Like this one:

My What I Wore buddy Stacey and I

Oh my stars could she be any cuter? This is my friend Erin from Home With The Boys who is expecting her third boy!  We both attended the Relevant Blogging Conference last month and participate in the WIWW link up each week.  Look at that sweet belted belly!   Yes I did love on that baby belly. Could not be helped!  (I stole this picture form her, but she is cool with it!)

My outfit :: Grey boyfriend cardigan (H&M), Blue tunic (Ann Taylor Loft), White tank (H&M), and SKINNY JEANS  🙂 (American Eagle), what you can’t see are my awesome boots from DSW.

So here are a few things I wore recently:

Left :: (On my way to the conference)  Cozy Hoodie (Cabi), Striped T (Cabi), Jeans (Cabi)

Middle :: White Cardigan (Old Navy), Olive Tank ( Target), Boyfriend Capri (Eddie Bauer)

Right :: Black Cardigan (Ann Taylor Loft), Black Dress (BJ’s), Jeans (Cabi), Belt (Nordstrom’s Jr. dept)

Other thoughts:

Skinny Jeans are possible for the above 40 crowd.  I found them at American Eagle on sale and I love them.

I colored my hair before the conference and it was a little lighter than I expected. Ok, I panicked a bit when I saw it the first time.  Hint:  Do not switch brands before a big event!  Don’t do it!

My sweet friend Heather from God Centered Mom made the cute flowers. She even sent one for each of my 4 girls.  I may or may not have hoarded them all in my bathroom.  Shhh…don’t tell her.  Aren’t they cute?

What really matters at the end of the day, is that your 5 year old thinks you are 1st class. She gave me this sticker.  She is oh so sweet and last week asked Jesus into her heart!  Now that is fabulous!
