I know you. You are excited and you don’t know why. You want to come but you are not quite sure what to expect. So here is what you can expect when you sign up for your local (in)RL Meet-Up happening the last weekend in April!
Friday:
The (in)RL webcast kicks off on Friday, April 27 and (in)RL meetups follow on Saturday, April 28. Tune in by yourself for an hour on Friday for the community keynotes.
{You. Your computer. In your jammies eating popcorn & M&M’s. How awesome is that?}
Saturday:
On Saturday meet up with old friends and new to spend a few hours in real life community. Think of it as a retreat where you don’t have to leave town. In my town, we are meeting from 9:00AM-Noon, but it may be different where you live. (in)Courage will be providing video content that meet ups can tune into, which explore the topic of gritty, beautiful, messy, real life community together. We will have door prizes and a light snack will be served!
{So you. Your friends. Meet new friends. Hang out. Be (in)Couraged. Win stuff. Eat Snacks. That is even more awesome!}
Registration:
$10, you will receive a t-shirt and a sample package of cards. Go here to register. Then find your city location and RSVP there too, so your local coordinator will know how many to plan for.
Honestly, the women of (in)Courage are amazing. You will not want to miss this event. I know they are praying and planning a fabulous and (in)Couraging time for us. I’ll be there! Will you?
Do you need another little push? Watch this video. I love them. All of them.
cool! I’m talking to Lisa Pulliam (more to be) this morning by phone to share our stories 🙂 Met her on your webcast and read a bit of her blog. The Lord had laid on my heart to email her, and the crazy thing is she is writing stories in a book of women whose lives have been healed emotionally/spiritually/physically from bitterness, negatives emotions, etc. SO GOD! So, we’re exchanging stories briefly at 9:45…yea! So excited to have like minded hearts, similar Scripture on our hearts (so bizarre) and a similar mission…to tell our story so others can possibly identify and heal!
You describe this so beautifully! Now I want to come to your meet-up 🙂
I would save your seat right next to mine! How fun would that be?
Thank you for explaining so clearly. I was wondering what was going to happen on Friday. I actually took the day off from work since I wasn’t sure what was going on. I was going to host a meetup, but didn’t get the response in my area, so I’ve joined with one in Nashville. I’m really looking forward to it.
I’m so glad this helps Deborah! It should be a great weekend! I know Nashville will be a wonderful gathering! Lots of (in)Courage girls there!
Girl, you described it so so perfectly. It made me want to come. To Florida!!
I know you are just teasing, but what a lovely thought! 🙂
Stacey? You are a wonder — just encapsulating everything so perfectly.
Have we mentioned lately how much we love you?
This is why I love you all so much! You are just so (in)Couraging to my little heart! Thanks for dropping by friend!
Im so glad you explained this sweet girl … It helps and I’m going to point people to you when they are confused! xo
Hey friend! Seeing you on the video made me think of our wonderful chat at Relevant! That was such a sweet conversation for me!
I’m the newbie. Can I just attend the virtual session on Friday? I would love to hook up on Saturday also, but I’m due to speak at my own church that day (bummer!).
I’d love to get more involved here at (in)courage. I’m just a little lost as to what the best way to get started is.
Thanks, ladies!
Yes – of course you can do that! The best way to get involved at (in)courage is through the daily posts and community on the blog. Also, you can follow them on Facebook and Twitter. They even take guest posts! go to their site right here: (in)Courage
I’m still trying to get a meet-up scheduled in my #SWFL destination – working on it – sadly, I have some homeschool/ blogger peeps who will be leaving town just before that 🙁 I’ll be joining in my jammies one way or the other
Oh how I would LOVE to be involved!!! I feel so isolated in my little town in the middle of no-where with only a little cell phone to get on the internet with! I use to have a blog and I miss blogging so much!!! When I get internet, I want to blog again…just making plans for it right now and trying to come up with a worthy name for it. I love this website…it is so (IN)Couraging to me 🙂 You ladies are a blessing!
