Happy Wednesday friends! I hope you are having a great week. I have ten places to be today and have not figured out YET how to do it all. Maybe, just maybe I can’t? (smile) Of course I can’t. But this super short and sweet post is one way to cut corners today!

P.S. I am still trying to figure out my new photos…thanks for patience! Time of day? Focus? Ugh….
I absolutely love these posts! You motivate me to keep on keeping on, not let myself go, and wear what I love. My style is very near to yours- practical, simple, but very attractive and feminine. I enjoy seeing what you pick out each week.
Also, because of you and another blog post I read that also motivated me to no end, I’ve started posting outfits I’ve worn throughout the week too. I post them on Friday because I haven’t gotten into a good blogging routine yet, and I tend to be discouraged by that day. So as long as I took pictures throughout the week of my outfits (SO much easier said than done), I can usually throw up a decent picture with a few details and have a simple, relevant, quickly-read post that’s relevant to my blog.
All that is just to say thank you for being so encouraging 🙂
Carrie – I love a Fashion Friday! I “think” Big Mama does a link up on that day? Maybe?
So glad you are here!
I love the middle shirt! I saw it at Target and wanted it, but they didn’t have my size. Boo.
My question is how do you get good photos with the camera off to the side? I can’t seem to get all of myself in a mirror shot without the camera right in front. Part of me always gets cut out of the photo if I hold it away from me.
That is too funny because I have taken so many pictures and I think found the ‘right’ place to stand. I’m still trying to figure out lighting and after looking at these think it has to do with time of day. I stand farther back than you would think and have realized that if you look through the lens – it sees it differently. Also, my mirror stands the mirror ‘up’ – it is not flat, so that may help.
Just play with it. You’ll get it. I also crop my photos a lot in iphoto & then picmonkey.
