This is going to be a super quick post because apparently a cold front is moving into my Central Florida town and I feel like I should go find socks for my sock challenged children. And by cold front I mean it is going to dip into the 50’s tonight. And by sock challenged I mean we have maybe 5 between their 8 feet. So, perhaps, someone will have only one, and the other girl will just be fresh out of luck.
Here is what I wore, before the cold front saga began:
Left: The denim shirt I am finally falling in love with. It only took about 400 washings. But, it is awesome. (American Eagle), Skirt (Kohls)
Right: Allume T-Shirt, Boyfriend Capris (Eddie Bauer)
Left: I’m calling this my Jennie Allen inspired Look. She had her hair braided this way @allume and I loved it. Plus she wore boyfriend jeans and cute boots. {note to self, get cute boots} Sweater: (Loft), T-shirt (Mercy House), Boyfriend Capris (Eddie Bauer)
Right: T-shirt (Loft), Boyfriend Capris (which probably need washed), Cute Flowers (from Heather)

I hope you are having a great week. And your toes are nice and toasty. I have a fun guest post tomorrow, so stop in here and I’ll tell you where to find it!

I just love these posts! I’ve said it before, so I don’t mean to sound like a broken record player. But you make looking well-dressed, put together and beautiful accessible, unlike so many bloggers who- though fun to look at- look like they walked right out of a magazine shoot… Not so accessible.
Thank you!
Carrie you are too sweet! This is real-life all the time right here! I love to dress up (a little) for date nights and Sunday Morning, but most days this is it!
So grateful for you!
Girl! You had that chambray shirt in college and wore it with black leggings. I know because if you were’t wearing it, I was. I don’t know who it belonged to–you or me! That is one trend I will not be embracing again! Love the braid, tho!
Well, it is a different shirt…but yes I lived in this uniform in the 90’s! But hey, it is slightly better than Hammer Pants, right? I think the updated look has cute boots and a fun scarf. I think you can rock that girl!
