You all were so sweet last week! I loved bringing back What I Wore, too! So, even though this week is KRA-zy around here I decided to make this THE post of the week.

Also there is the fact that I remembered I was taking Selfies before it was cool. Like 20 years ago friends.  My college roommate Robin posted this on my Facebook Wall for my birthday yesterday:

We would *borrow* each others Snappy Q Cameras and take photos of ourselves. And then when we processed our film {Are you tracking with this? We went to the drugstore, dropped off our film, waited maybe an hour, and picked up our pictures. OLD SCHOOL, right?} we would have a surprise selfie of our bestie. This was one I took. On my wedding day before hair and make up but after breakfast at Denny’s.

Yesterday I took this one with my friend Angie:

It was my 43rd birthday and we were eating a lovely lunch. And can we just talk about her awesome hair? I’m not kidding when I say about 4 people told her how gorgeous it was yesterday. So this is my selfie story. Then and now. Hilarious right?

I hope you had a great week. My birthday was sweet. My family had a fun breakfast for me with Panera bagels (fave) and presents. I had lunch with my friend at Panera (yes twice in one day) and we shopped a little. My other friend Krystal gave me a facial and my husband let me shop till my heart’s content with her fun Mary Kay products. Plus I had ice cream twice. So it was perfect.
