Have you ever went shopping for a new outfit to wear to a special event and just hoped like crazy somebody said something about how nice you looked? Or at least, they noticed you did your hair up and put a little more effort into putting on your makeup. Well friends, this is one of those days! I could wait for you to say it but I’m going to be brave and ask:
What do you think of my new blog?
It has been a ton of work done for the most part by my amazing blog building, picture taking, code writing, ninja husband—Mike. He has done an amazing job. We have been talking about making this move for a while. And I have to admit, I have a wide range of emotions. 29 Lincoln Avenue is like my first born blog child. I started her way back on Blogspot. We moved over together to our own WordPress site a couple of years ago. We’ve changed themes. We’ve grown up from preschool bloggers over on the Avenue. I will miss that place.
But this new place is filled with possibilities. I am eagerly expecting God to show up in this place. I’m looking forward to meeting you here, too. For coffee, connecting, talking about hope, funny things our kids say, and what we are wearing.
Because that is going to happen.
I’ll be here.
You can count on it!
xo,
Stacey
P.S. Don’t worry, all the 29 Lincoln posts now live here, too! And today I’m guesting over at my friend Sara Hagerty’s blog! I hope you will join me!

I love the new look! And that you have a cardigan in your photo. And the cornfield. The site is so fresh and clean. Can’t wait to take a deeper look around.
This made me smile! Of course a cardigan!!
Girl, I LOVE it!!! I know it was hard to make the switch from your first blogging home, but this is so fresh and lovely and you! Congratulations on your new digs and this exciting new place. : )
I know we had that conversation and since you made the leap I’ve been wanting to do it as well. Thanks for your encouragement!

Funny story about that! We found two fonts we liked and flipped the “s” to create it. We are crazy like that!
