Ok friends. I need your help! I’m gearing up to pack for the Declare Conference. It is in the lovely city of Dallas, TX next week. I am excited! Looking forward to friends, inspiration, and quality Tex Mex. But, there is this small detail of me speaking. So I need to figure out what in the world I’m going to wear for that fun. Now, I’m not opposed to buying something new. But, sometimes when I do that for an event it ends up feeling like picture day at school always did. I really want it to feel like me. You know?
So here are a few ideas.
1. I have seen some gorgeous outfits on Pinterest with red. I heart red. And I would add a turquoise necklace. Maybe, loose the cardigan. Did I just say that? And some cute boots. Because Texas ya’ll!
2. This tunic is fun. I love the fact that it covers the back side. Love a big or small belt with it. Again, probably opt for a different shoe.
3. Jean jacket and maxi skirt love anyone? I’m due for a new maxi skirt and I love this look. Although, it doesn’t scream speaker.
4. This is what I’m calling “bold color”. The last time I spoke I wore grey and white and I loved it, but I need more color in my life. Yes, I do.

Here are some other ideas on my Pinterest Board. What do you think friends?Â
Let’s chat. Cause if I could take you shopping with me I would.

Stacey
I’m crazy for the white jacket & jeans (and pointy shoes!!) from your pinterest board! #3 is my favorite from above. But what about the white pants & wedges combo from last week? You looked amazing! (very speaker-y too).
I love that white jacket too. But a white jacket for a mom? Oh man that might be dangerous! The outfit you mentioned is a favorite but the black tunic may not stay put while I speak. I need to be able to move around and talk “with my hands.” But I will put it down as a maybe! Thanks friend!
Ok, after reading your post, #1. Definitely #1. WITH the cardigan. AND with the red shoes too– they make the outfit :)!!
I do like this one too!
I LOVE the 1st look. Professional, put together, strong, etc. Love it.
I have to tell you that I love your What I Wear post! In fact I was about to get rid of a dress that shouldn’t have been dried, but was, and I put it on over my jeans & belted it & thought…Stacey thank you!!!
Love it! Have a great day!
