Happy Wednesday! I hope you had a lovely holiday weekend with your people celebrating #merica. We were pretty low key, except for the dog we are sitting for this summer. He thought the world was coming to an end. He just barely made it through the late night. Oh, and also, I made homemade ice cream, there were gigantic sparklers, and  I colored my hair. So all in all a great time was had by all.

Here is what I’ve been wearing!

This was what I wore to meet my sweet friend Michal Lyn nfor breakfast. I had bacon waffles and Nutella Iced Coffee that was bliss. I love this outfit too – super dressed down but fun because of the hoodie. I would like to buy all the Evy’s Tree hoodies, but I have to restrain because it is on average 90 degrees here year round. Who needs a bunch of hoodies? Still, cuteness over there!

I wore this to brunch which sounds like I eat breakfast out a lot. But really this was a special occasion. My agent was in town along with some other folks who write books and dream about words and stuff so we had brunch. It was lovely. Also, these Stitch Fix items are among my favorites!

Right Center: Shirt (Nodstrom Rack), Jeans (Lucky), Shoes (Target), Necklace (Kory Lane).

This shirt is a favorite but I have always felt it was fallish. But, I wore it Sunday to church and really liked it on a hot July day. I added a cardigan later for fun.

This was my 4th of July outfit. Pretty casual, but festive.
