Last Tuesday I wrote this for my guest post for Holley Gerth’s blog:

God knew. He had not given up on “Hope.” His plan all along was that He would market our book.

The post was all about dreams, disappointments, and divine detours. “Hope for the Weary Mom” has had them all. But, this week we saw with our own eyes just what God had planned. We saw Him do something with “Hope” that was bigger than we dared to dream. It was far more than we could have planned.

Brooke and I are together this weekend at a blogging conference called Allume. We took the opportunity to make a short video to share our hearts with you! (if you are reading this via email, click here to watch)

We are overwhelmed. Who would have thought it? Well, God did. We are looking for ways to celebrate this movement of hope that God has sparked. We think chocolate will be involved. Mostly, we are pretty certain that tears will be involved.

“God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams!”

Ephesians 3:20, The Message

Thank you for being a part of this amazing week. Will you pray for the moms who now have “Hope” on their Kindle? Pray that God will meet them in the pages and hope will  continue to spread. If you are one of the 26,000 moms who picked up the book this week for free, would you let us pray for you? It would be our honor.
