This week it happened. I am the mother of a fourteen year old. Which means, it is getting harder to hide my age. She is super sweet and this week I took her to the make-up counter for the first time. We met the sweetest lady named Sandy who set her up nicely with a Smashbox BB Cream, Halo Powder and Primer set. She also helped us pick out lip gloss which you would think would be easy, but it is not. She might have up-sold me as well on some Amazing Grace perfume, but she deserved the sale. Plus, I want to borrow it from my daughter.

Here is what I wore. Can you believe I took four pictures? I am so proud…

Left to right:

1. For church, a little sparkle and a  pop of color:

{this was the first time I dared go this bright with the *Stitch Fix top – I usually wear a white or black cardigan. I loved the result!}

Boyfriend distressed capri jeans – Eddie Bauer

3. Because, red is always in season:
Shirt – Kohls
Jeans – CAbi

4. Celebrating 14 years ago and making me a mama:
Striped tank – BJ Wholesale Club (like Costco)
White Tank – Khols
Jeans – CAbi

*Stitch Fix referral code which means if you click and sign up I get a sweet bit of $ towards my next Fix which is coming October 16!

Have an awesome week!
