Nothing new today. I am finding myself on repeat tons with my clothes and that is not necessarily a bad thing. I loved what Hayley said last week about it. She is revisiting her No Brainer Wardrobe for 31 Days. It is rich with wisdom. Anyway, she said it is OK to have a uniform and change it up with accessories. We are not in 8th grade anymore. Does it matter if we repeat clothes in a week?
Case in point. Black v-neck t-shirt and a layered white tank. I repeat. Often.
Left: Shirt (Loft), Tank (Kohls), Jeans (Gap)
Center: Black T (Loft), Skirt (Kohls)
Right: Black T (same), Tank (Kohls), Scarf (American Eagle), Jeans (Lucky)
In other news my new Stitch Fix shipment comes today. I’m hopeful and I have credit on my account! Yes!

I hope you have a wonderful day. May your cup overflow with whatever wakes you up.
May you enjoy your people.
May God’s face shine upon you.
And if you repeat an outfit, remember 8th grade was years ago.
It is fine.

What if I have a uniform and I just wear it with no accessories? 🙂 It’s called my “I’m home with my kids today and I will see no one” uniform.
That is the best uniform I say. Comfort rules! P.S. I miss the beach!
Oooh, I love me some black! That’s my favorite uniform too. I love layering black with white, cream, or gray and letting the accessories (fun scarves or long necklaces) do the talking.
I’m a fan of layering tone-on-tone solids too 🙂
Yes! Black is a great uniform. HOWEVER, I live in Florida, so I can’t go head to toe usually.
Every time I read No Brainer I want to empty my closet completely. Unfortunately, that would make my “uniform” pj pants and tank tops. Not exactly good for every occasion 😉
