Sometimes we think we know where we are going and what we are going to do, and we find out we really don’t know for sure. I had no idea I’d be on a plane Friday to go to Indiana to be with my family during my dad’s emergency surgery. My plans for the week looked more like sitting at Starbucks and writing for hours. But, just because I ended up in a hospital waiting room doesn’t mean God didn’t know about it. In fact, He went before me. He went with me. And He walked behind me.
So many reasons to give thanks. And so, I will today.
