Does it take you days to recover from being gone? I am still trying to catch up after being gone for the Allume Conference in South Carolina. Plus,  I brought home a cold and a man voice. So that is nice!

I love these types of What I Wore posts because really, we all get up and get dressed. And sometimes, we get to have a fun weekend with friends and bump up our daily style because we don’t have to go to the grocery store or cook dinner. I’m not going to lie. It was nice!

Here is what I wore last week @ Allume!

I wore this to have some pictures taken by my sweet friend Diane. Brooke and I are rarely together and we needed some shots, well together. So this was what I chose. I was worried all day about my shirt not covering my back side and leggings not being pants. What can I say, I worry.

It was cooler in SC and I got to layer. Layering is my favorite. Especially when I can wear a cozy wrap sweater and boots.

Right Center: The *NEW* Jacket (Greenville Boutique), Shirt (Loft), Jeans (Lucky), Shoes (Kohls)

So I popped in a Greenville Boutique and found a cute faux leather jacket which has been on my wish list. In about 5 minutes the sales lady up-sold me on this number. Oh my word. I love it. It has a great zipper that takes it to a new level as well. Brooke said “Biker girl” and I think my motorcycle riding husband will love it. Also, I never splurge buy. But this jacket was special.

This was what I wore home on the plane. Cozy and warm. Perfect.
