So you know I {heart] words, but you may not know that I {heart} singing. Recently, I have realized that singing, is one thing that refreshes my weary heart.  Each Wednesday, I go to choir practice at church and sing my heart out.  But you know, I sing pretty much all day long. Currently, on my iTunes list I’m loving Christy Nockels “Life Light Up” and “Waiting Here for You”.  love. love. love her.

But, when my heart is the heaviest it is the hymns I return to. I learned them by heart as a girl sitting on the second pew behind the organ.  Those words, are stamped on my soul so deeply that they rise up when I need them most.

Oh soul are you weary and troubled, no light in the darkness for you? Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face.  And the things of this world will grow strangely dim…in the light of His glory and grace.

Yes. That one is special.

So, I was so excited when my friend Dee {Red Letter Words}  came out with this beautiful art collection based on hymns:

Hymns as art…I am swooning for sure.

I have met Dee and she has even guest posted here. I adore her heart. She wanted to bless you today by giving you a coupon code for 20% off her hymns collection.  Just use this (29linc) when you order This sweet deal is good today and tomorrow only. (02/09 & 02/10).
