Woosh! Did you hear that? It is the sound of the month of August whizzing by! I can’t believe next week is Labor Day. You may have noticed that my What I Wore posts have been few and far between this month. Who has time to take pictures when you have to organize the school room, sew pointe shoes, and nurse the sick? What you, too? Life as mom is never boring. Anyhow, confession time is now over and here are a few things I wore recently..
Left: The scarf in her first appearance (American Eagle), Navy tank (Old Navy), White tank (H&M), Shorts (Old Navy)
Center: Grey jacket (Ann Taylor Loft), Turquoise tank (TJ MAXX), Black pants (ancient ATL)
Right: Vintage white t-shirt (ATL), Brown skirt (ATL), Necklace (*Redeemed – Grace Necklace)
Because one shot of the scarf is not enough – here it is close up. The turquoise tank top was the focus of several days of shopping. I searched high and low for this baby. See, I had the chance to sing at church with an amazing group of people and while I was forgetting one of our rehearsals, they voted on this color being worn. As it turns out, I now concur with their vote.
I hope you have a blessed day. And may September be ever so kind to you.
xoxo,
Stacey

Yay for the scarf! And the turquoise is fabulous! {Back on track or me this week – promise!}
Ooo! I love that scarf! I have a hard time finding scarves that I can wear in summer (both in color and in lightness of fabric so my neck doesn’t get all sweaty in the heat!) Your scarf looks perfect for summer wear! That is another thing I can add to my list of reasons I am excited for fall – cozy scarf weather is back 🙂
Veronica – I feel the same way. We live in the south and scarf wearing is not a daily thing! This is my first one! I kinda like her!
