Have I ever told you that the posts I write that get the most feedback are these fun and light hearted What I Wore posts? I think it is because we all have to get up and get dressed every day. I think it is also because we all like to know what every day normal life looks like. I love having fun here on Wednesdays and I think we need more of that in our world. Sure, there are so many things to be passionate and serious about. But, a little fashion chat over coffee is not a bad thing! Since we are all getting dressed each day, we can talk about what inspires us and what we love and feel good in.
Take for instance the boots and the green sweater. I love wearing both pieces because they make me feel fun and a little cheery. You also know my love for cardigans. Did I mention I’m looking for a mustard colored one? Yes. I am.

I just love stripes under jackets, sweaters and coats. This t-shirt is awesome and a bit worn out. So, I’m looking for a new one. I have worn this one out!

I wore this to watch my daughter dance in the Nutcracker. Oh my word she was light and beautiful and I always want to cry when I watch her. #mommymoment

You might notice my jeans are pretty much from Lucky Brand. I have found though they are little pricey, they hold up well. Plus, they have sales and you really can get a great deal. I have shopped at American Eagle for their jeans and like them for a cheaper option, but my daughter loves that store and I am trying oh so hard not to shop where she does. I think if you have teens you get that, right?
So, what are you wearing for Thanksgiving? Will you go all fancy or comfy or both? I haven’t decided but I think the pants need to be a bit stretchy!
