Counting 1,000 Gifts…
One day my fridge will be a clean slate. But for now, I’m grateful for the art and artists who clutter it every day.
#630 Sunday school papers.
#631 Photos of smiling girls through the years.
#632 Little hands who play fridge phonics and little feet that dance to the music.
#633 Alphabet letters that hold science experiment data.
#634 Prayer requests I see daily as I pour my favorite Starbucks Coffee.
#635 Paper dolls.
#636 Art class thanks to PBS and “Bob Ross” that teach techniques I could not.
#637 Creative girls who thrive with paint brush in hand.
#638 Reminder to live out my calling in the open field.
Sometimes I look at my fridge and think I need to clean house. But I love to see the girls’ creations. Such a reminder of they grow and change.
Looking beyond the clutter to what it really represents…life and girls and art! Thanks for stopping by today friend!
The dog and the baby tear things up at our house so the bottom of our fridge is bare. I miss the photos and the art that used to hang there. Thank you for sharing!
Life is beautiful and messy at the same time! Thanks for being here today!
What a great list! I had to smile at #636… I loved setting up my paints and paper in front of the tv and painting along with the artists on PBS!! 🙂
That is a great idea! My oldest was so sad when she found out Bob had passed away 4 years before she was born. She loves to watch him!
